By now the virtual machine was launched.Ĭan anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? ![]() Selecting that brought up the virtual machine, but right clicking on that did not bring up the screen illustrated in the article so I could not find Remove. but the image shown is not what I obtained, I had a much shorter scroll down list with Control Center at the top. It said first to launch Parallels without starting the virtual machine, and click on the Parallels symbol in the OS X menu bar and select Control Center. I found Art.ID 5029 which told me how to remove a virtual machine in Parallels. I wanted first to eliminate the virtual machine and Windows 10 and then send the Parallels 12 to the trash. ![]() I am, however, experiencing difficulty in doing it. I no longer need the capability to run Windows 10 and want to significantly reduce the clutter on my MacBook, so now want to get rid of Parallels and the virtual machine. I have a late-2011 MacBook Pro with Mac OS Sierra and am running Parallels 12 with Windows 10 virtual machine.
